The ministry of education is responsible in the implementation, formulation and supervision of education activities. Education is free in public universities, but students will have to pay heavily for private universities. About 45% of the population has gotten their university degrees; this means that this country values education of her citizens. More than over 45,000 international students are here, many of them comes from the shores of Africa and Asia continents. Amazingly also, there are 38 public universities and 18 private universities. Work opportunities are reserved exclusively for citizens, however, foreign students can get work, only if they have work permit.
