Though the Ecuadorian constitution empowers everyone to pursue higher education, yet the quality of education in this country is among the poorest in the Latin America. Some of the universities, and institutions, don’t have good academic environments and qualified teachers. Approximately, about 14% of the populations are in the high institutions. There are 29 public universities, and 11 private universities. Over 2,000 international students are here. Students can easily find jobs after their graduations. Also, the cost of living is affordable; some students can combine work and studies at the same time. This keeps on motivating them to stay after their studies.
